I asked this on obese/weight forum, but I might get better response here, so here we go...I'm 32 years old, I go to the gym 5-6 times a week, 30 min of cardio/day and then split program - 1 day chest/tri, 2 day back/bic, 3 day should/abs, 4 day legs, day 5 and 6 just cardio 45 min + abs. I weigh about 255-257 lbs and my body fat is 20.1 %. How bad is all this guys, honestly, I'm kinda freeking out that I will never loose weight. I know I should be more concerned about my BF % but, I don't wan't to be 250 lbs for the rest of my life. Any inputs on how to lover my BF and weight while keeping the muscle that I have?
Anything?

bropie beat me to it. The only other thing I can add is that beginning weight lifters gain muscle mass really quick which makes the scale a bad measurement for progress.
