BALLET WORKS! it's a great form of exercise and a lot of fun. ballet really tones you up...give it a try people

Hmmm I never tried ballets..... lol I guess I'm more into salsa, zouk and kick boxing!!
BUT if you like it, keep on, it's good to move!!
