I now have two months until my holiday & ive decided im gonna start running again.....tomorrow! Im guessing my bodyfat is around 16% & ive just purchased some Xenedrine. Realistically, does anyone think i could get my bodyfat down to 7% or 8% by the time i jet off into the sun? Ive also came across an interesting article in a magazine that suggests that doing more reps per set doesn't necessarily mean more tone & definition to your muscles? As im trying to tone up now does this 'new found' information tell me that i should just continue with the weights im doing & start the running with Xenedrine or should i go for the 'MAXIMUM BURN' with sets of 15-20? After you've spent the two days its probably gonna take to read this ultra long message any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks,
Al

Welcome to ft, Al!
That sounds like a lot of weight to lose in 2 months. Xenadrine may help, but most of it comes from dieting and cardio. You failed to mention these.
Anyway, when you lose your bodyfat, you will get that toned look...no matter if you're lifting heavier (less reps.) or more reps. (less weight).
Hope this helps...

Thanks for the speedy replies. Im pretty much cutting out the bad stuff (chocolate, fizzy drinks, crisps etc..) & eating tuna, chicken & wholemeal bread & fruit, coupled with about 3 litres of water a day. I'll be doing my 3 mile run again then to the top of a hill right next to my house which usually makes me collapse when i reach the top! I'll probably do it 4 or 5 times a week. I used to do it about 3 times a week but i didnt have the aim of a holiday to sort the belly out for back then so lacked a little motivation to do it more or with more intensity. What are your thoughts? Any guesses what my bodyfat will be by my holiday if i can keep it up?
