Hey im 14 and am stuck on the last 10 pounds of my diet.
Im 5'10 and weigh 140 pounds
I used to be 5'8 and weigh 165, so overall im very happy with my loss.

But I set a goal a few months ago, and want to reach it.
Can anyone give some good tips, that really work the body, and can help shake these last 10 pounds?

Tell us more about yourself. What did you do to lose that 25 pounds, what was your diet like? How often do you eat, how many calories per day, etc.

Hard to give advice that isn't generic without specific information about you.
