It is very hard for me to even attempt these exercises and I am on my own on this, so no body to cheer me on or support me while I am exercising (although I feel ashamed if someone watches me anyway). I did the first set of exercises the amount of times it told me to, and the next day my body was hurting so much. So my first question---
---1. Are you supposed to exercise while your muscles are sore? Even when it hurts just to bend?

The second problem is, I want to get a treadmill, but I don't have a lot of money, (especially not $1000) is it worth it to buy a $300 one? I'd really prefer not to spend even that much, but I want it to work when I get it. I don't want to have to call costumer service or anything like that. I found one that seems okay, I read the reviews and a few people had problems, but the majority of them were fine with it. It's the "Weslo Cadence G40 Treadmill" from the wal-mart website.Basically what I am asking for this one is----
----2. Would the Weslo be a good choice? Should I buy a cheap Treadmill?

If you work out every day you should do different things, like chest and shoulders one day, legs the next and so on.

Treadmills... sorry no answer there.

Can you jog or walk anywhere around where you live? last I checked the sidewalks don't cost anything!
With your resistance training, try different muscle groups on different days(as suggested in the previous post)and give yourself an off day in between for now. Working with a little soreness is okay, but if you are severely sore, give it another day. The soreness gets better as you go along so just hang in there.

If your willing to spend $300.00, why not join a gym? They supply the machines and when they break down they fix them.
Most gyms have the best of machines (at least around here.
If you have difficulty finishing a set, so be it. Don't kill yourself trying to complete a set, just lower the weight. Your fan club won't be upset.

Thank you for the help everyone. A gym sounds nice, and I suppose it would be cheaper, depending on what gym you go to. But the only thing is, I'm mostly up during night time because of my job.

Forgot to mention, I ride my bike everyday, wherever I go, so that is included in my exercises, I'm just way too impatient to walk, and I have really bad breathing problems to jog.

philip some gyms are open 24 hours or late i used to work overnight and my gym was open 24 hours a day 5 days out of the week. And its only twenty dollars a month. So with that being said you can go a whole year use the treadmill every day and only 240$. I go to planetfitness by the way look it up it might be in your area. www.planetfitness.com
