AM i obsessing or what? I've been training since mid Jan. I started at 154 and 37%. Weights 2-3 times a week and cardio for three. I upped daily caloric intake to 1600 per day. I get about 100 grams of protein per day and 30-40 in fat. My body does not seemed to have changed much. My measurements are the same everywhere except 2 inches off midsection. Today I weighed in at 162 and 31%.

ANy pointers or tips. SHould I be training harder? ANd is it possible to build muscle without looking bulky? I'm feeling kinda of bloated but maybe its psychological?

Looks to me like you're doing great. You lost 6% body fat and 2 inches of your midsection. That's great!!! I know it's frustrating to see the weight go up or not move at all, just keep in mind that healthy weightloss and toning your body is very slow for everybody. Keep going and you'll reach your goal:big_smile:

Youv'e improved your muscle condition, improved your cardiovascular function, you'll have lower blood pressure, lower bad cholesterol, and lowered body fat with a loss of 2" off your waist, you are doing great:)
