You gave me your personal workout. It is my 1st week in doing so and I have been trying to keep a fairly decent diet and sticking to the low weight for perfect form and drinking my protein shakes after each workout mixing it with about 2 cups of whole milk=16 grams of protein/1 cup of protein powder=20grams of protein/mixed w/ 2 tbs of peanutbutter=14 grams of protein/mixed with oats from oatmeal about 1/3 cup thats another 5-8 grams. I get up each morning (doing them on monday/wednesday/friday) and I feel the burn and great at the same time! Thanks I will keep you posted on results.

It is a personal decision. I think it is not needed, but then I tend to gain weight easily. I can not really answer this one for ya! sorry...

alright my weight usually varies I can gain weight fast and lose it as well. Good metabolism I guess. I will try and stick with the protein for now.
