50 cents body and mine

Pushups actually increase your chest muscles and not biceps as much to get a 50 cent body you need more, but I don't consider myself experienced enough and wouldn't want to give false advice, but someone else WILL help you, I'm sure of it! ;)

ioioio Posts: 302 Joined: 2004/01/29	2004/04/29, 09:21 AM I am not sure about this imformation but i have read and heard that black people tend to have a bit more muscle than white people because of genetics, which means that you have to train harder than 50 did to get his kind of body!!! As i said in the beginning i am not sure about the imformation and if someone can prove me wrong please do!!!
