I am 22 years old and i weigh around 420lbs i am pretty athletic for my size and would like to get down to 300lbs. I really want to become a professional wrestler or play football in college but it seems that i'm never going any where at this weight and the shape that im in. It sucks not being able to walk into a store and buy whatever you want. I really would appreciate if anyone here could assist me on changing my life. I really appreciate any help I can get. Just seems impossible to get a body like a wrestler

Welcome to the boards!
First off, get a fitness plan from FT and follow it... then make sure you follow the diet and nutrition plan that is set up for your goals as well.
Have you worked out before?
Start with some light cardio, walking or something similar and build up from there!

also your going to have to realize, there are prfessional athletes, weither it be WWE or NFL/college.
I concider myself very athletic, but being physically active 6 days week, 4 5 hours worth of practice, I don't think I could handle it. YOu need to be in TOP physical shape to do eitheroneof these if you wanna make it in those businesses.
Also IF you wananplay football, you need to start now, cause I highly doubt an NFL team will take aguy just off the street, that thinks his in shape for the NFL. Cause your gonn abe playing people who been playing for 10+ years, and for someone whoonly has year or so expierance.......just better hope your a fast learner.

I see from you profile that you are hoping to go to college, that would be beneficial to both your education and to give you more of a chance at playing college football and then onto the pro's.
One day at a time, keep those goals in mind and reach for them in baby steps and before you know it you will be there! You just can never lose sight of your goals, even if you change your mind you will have worked hard and improved your health and can do practically anything you want if you want it bad enough!
