I have no weights and im doing the dips behind the back i think it is im not that sure, but my one wrist gets real sore from doing it, and i need advice on what other ways i can do it
It's rather normal I'm afraid, my wrists hurt as well. What I can say is, make sure of warming up your wrists and instead of doing many repetitions, do several small sets.
