Hi there I'm just looking to chat with somebody that was around 300lbs or above or is still there and need the motivation to keep at it. Well I can do for it.:surprised:

I was and so are a few on here. My advice is to take small reachable steps. Complete them and make more...you would be surprised at how that can help. Even if it is to do just one day of cardio......IM me here or post and I will help motivate you the best I can.

I am started at 315lbs a year ago and have lost about 15lbs to date. Slow and easy will go a long way. I have used Freetrainer programs for about 7mos. it works if you work it.
