Hello people.
It is 3 weeks since I started a propper diet and exercise program. I am glad to say, I have noticed some development in my legs, even though I am unable to do Barbell squats.
My upper body doesn't look much different, but I suppose it's early days yet.

Congrats on the leg development and you are right, keep it up, keep going strong and it will pay off.:)

3 weeks is not time enought to see real results.....hang in there it will happen
