Hey guys just wanted to keep you posted on my loss. I have now lost 214 pounds 13 months out. So yeah, Im really beginning to see definition in my chest and collarbone area! Woot! I have a collarbone hehe. Well just wanted to say hi and thanks for all your kind words and motivation they mean the world to me! And I LOVE this Site, I thank God for it.
