Would it be healthy to loose 15 pounds by Christmas with a clean diet and exercize. Secondly, would that be possible?

The average healthy weight loss per week, is about one to two pounds of fat... you've got eight weeks... so up to 16 pounds is possible... the healthy way... keep in mind, though... if you are weight training, you may add muscle, so you might not lose as much weight...
