Is it natural to gain a little in the stomach area while following a mass building routine? I am a week into mine and see more smoothness in my ab area.
Thanks!

Did you change your diet to gain any mass? Filling your profile out with goals and information could help too.

I am following the 12 week mass program therefore gaining mass is my goal. I am limiting my cardio to maybe 3 sessions a week for good health. My diet consists of eating as much as I can basicly. I track my work outs but not my food intake, I eat somewhat clean, tuna, some pasta, meats, turkey, protein shakes twice a day.
Thanks for all your help

There are two things could be contributing to your larger stomach area:

1) Your diet
2) You perform ab exercises with weights

You should find that normal, though, because you are going through the mass program. You could alter your diet if you feel you are getting too big around that area.
