YES ITS POSSIBLE.WHATEVER EVERYONE SAY IT POSSIBLE.
ALL U NEED IS ONE WEEK.ALL U MUST DO IS JUST NOT TO LOOK AT UR BODY IN THE MIRROR AND TOUCH UR ARMS OR CHEST WHENEVER UR NOT BUSY.I KNOW WE ALL LIKE TO DO THAT.
FOLLOW MY INSTRUCTION AND U WILL GET RESULTS LIKE I GOT.
EVERY WORK-OUT WE TRAIN OUR MUSCLES THEY GET STRONGER.we dont feel it at once,cuz we touch them look at them we dont see a difference for whole week.

So, does this mean you can't take a shower/bath (to make sure you don't touch yourself) and not shave (to make sure you don't look in the mirror) for a week? What exactly are you trying to say goodguy? This doesn't quite make sense to me...

A week is a pretty short time to make a lot of change.. but couldn't you just take a picture at the beginning of the week.. and not look at it until the end of the week when you take another picture to compare? That would probably be easier than avoiding mirrors (and showers like rp said.. haha).

1.u cant make a picture and then print it after a week just to see results
2.u can shave urselv without touching and checking ur muscles at least 1 week.not a big deal.ok!
