I wasn't sure how to word my subject question.

What I'm asking is...is it best to work one particular muscle group during any given routine before proceeding to the next one?
Or does is really matter?

For instance, on leg day should I concentrate on quads before going on to calves, (this is just an example)?
Or is it okay to do my squat sets, then do calf raises, then back to leg presses, etc?

Or on arm day, should I do all of my curls before moving on to push downs?
Or is it okay to do my hammer curl sets, then push down sets, then back to concentration curls?

Am I making any sense?

Thanks.

Depends on what your goals are.
