It's amazing how just the basic exercises (push ups, can curls, dips) can help in other sports such as bowling.
Yesterday, I did my reps as indicated. Got a good burn in my pecs, delts, triceps during the workout. Later, the muscles were still sore and I was wondering how I would be able to bowl in my 10 pin league.
Because my muscles were a little weaker than normal from the exercise, I was able to avoid the muscling of the ball and bowled a 210 avg. for the night! Fantastic!
Just this aspect alone is motivation to continue the workouts!
