Amazing results....in bowling

It's amazing how just the basic exercises (push ups, can curls, dips) can help in other sports such as bowling.

Yesterday, I did my reps as indicated. Got a good burn in my pecs, delts, triceps during the workout. Later, the muscles were still sore and I was wondering how I would be able to bowl in my 10 pin league.

Because my muscles were a little weaker than normal from the exercise, I was able to avoid the muscling of the ball and bowled a 210 avg. for the night! Fantastic!

Just this aspect alone is motivation to continue the workouts!

You will be pleasantly surprised at the results from weight training. The new strength and endurance and tone you get not only is in the gym, it follows you everywhere in everyday life. It is something you will always use to great benefit.
