OK, so here is the deal. I have had one of those kind of weeks where all hell breaks loose at work. Working extra hours as well as different hours throughout the entire week. I missed three days of my routine this week, including legs, chest and back. I decided that I could make up the chest on my rest day (the next day) and back day on arm day which I will make up tomorrow. It's really frustrating because I can't figure out how to make up my leg day, especially this late in the week. Also, when I made up my chest day, I was really week. Fortunately, I still had a good workout, just used less weight so I could make the reps. But, I was still frustrated with that. Any words of encouragement would be great.
Thanks,

yea keep up with it! I know time is a big deal an all, and will all the work, its hard to stay motivated.
I suggest to keep yourself motivated, right before a workout, hop into your bed and listen to 10 minutes of music.
for 5 minutes of music get relaxing soft music. Let your body rest and get rid of all the stress thats going through your life, let everything just flutter away
after that, pop in 5 minutes of pump up music. The key is to make sure you sit still in your bed no matter what. Now, start thinking of your goals, think of what u physicall want to achieve, then picture yourself working towards those goals, for instance, picture yourself at the gym gettin in that last rep, the sweat dripping off of your brow (ok getting a little bit over exagerated;) Then start to listen to the beat of the music, and with the beat, say to yourself, i can do it i can do it i can do it, and say to yourself what you gotta do!
It's so awsome, cause you will get sooo pumped up (You gotta stay still) cause right when the song stops, youll explode with this new force of energy and you will want to get into the gym and work your hardest
may sound kinda cheesy, but it works for me lol
goodluck!
