Well, our first tournament is november 30, Currently I weigh 132(I think I accidently put 140 In another post)well, anyway I am trying to get down to 119-125 for a week I tried the 6-meals a day thing that worked great for me in building muscle, but it wasn't making me loose weight, so in 1-2 weeks I will start a new Weightloss/Lifting plan, that will be something like:
Day 1- Heavy(Upper Body) Day 2- Light(Lower Body) Day 3- Light(Upper Body) Day 4- Heavy(Lower Body Day 5- Rest Day 6- Light(Whole Body) Day 7- Rest
I will also be running about 3-5 miles every day including off days, I am still deciding to quit taking Cell, and Nitrotech since they clearly are amazing. so tell me tips, or anything else, thanks.
