You already know the answer, Lift weight, diet, and do cardio... you know you can't spot reduce.

Seems to me that this is one of the last stubborn spots for me (as well as my thighs, butt and lower tummy!). I bet I'll get to the point where I look like Skeletor everywhere else but I'll still have "bingo wings".

I did! I often wonder in the gym sometimes, when the guys are trying to look like He-man, and the women are trying to be as thin as Skeletor...

Maybe it's that whole yin yang thing. You don't look too tired after that half-marathon, are you going to do a full one?

Where under your arms? along your ribcage or more towards your back? There should be a load of great lat exercises around ft that could help make your back wider and hide that up (bent barbell rows and t-bar rows) but if its more to the front there was this exercise I saw on erex a while ago (thier down right now?) where you in a bench press position and you press the barbell to the top of the movement.. then you hold it up there and you you kinda push it up using your shoulders while keeping your arms straight.. its hard to explain and even harder to envision since I forgot what the muscle was called.. maybe exrx will be back up in a few days and I can link to what I mean...

Hmm- that photo is deceptive as I was fairly shattered! Not sure about a full marathon as my knees/back tend to start really grumbling after about 1hr45 of running.
Maybe I'll do it one day just before I have to have major surgery or something so I don't have to walk for 6 weeks anyway... :)

Have you always had the flab there? What I'm getting at is, do you think the flab is fat or excess skin from rapid fat loss?
