Hello, I’m doing fitness workout, for about a year now. And I’m wondering if my predisposition to drink a couple of glass of red wine at dinner time (perhaps daily) is terribly detrimental to the fitness program. Thank you in advance for your advices.
Well, I believe that actually one glass of wine a day is supposed to be good for you. I don't think that it will actually be that bad if you were to have one or two glasses.
