Ok, you are on 200 calories a day? Please tell me it's more than that... At 150, you should be taking in about 2400 just to maintain your weight.

You can't go lower, or you don't want to go lower? If you want to gain weight, you can add 500 calories a day, which would equal about 1lb gain a week. This amount would minimize fat gain. Gaining wieght will always add some fat, but it won't do it as fast as you might think, especially if your diet is clean, and you workout as much as you say you do. Try it for a few months, measure yourself, and go from there. It won't just jump 2% if that's what you are worried about. Just take it month by month.

Nellie, what about trying the mass program. You are really low on your bf% and maybe gaining mass will help fill out your face and help with getting your six pack. You are pretty skinny now (which is great progress) and I know you are stressing over that six pack. I would think that if you tried the mass program, it would be good for you. I started the progressive gains and sropped 7% in 2weeks of that and 2weeks of my prior workout for a total of 4weeks. just a suggestion.
