how can you tell if you have loose skin on the abs or if it is fat my skin on the bottom is wrinkled when i sit and just kind of sags any answers maybe thanks....
I THINK there would always be a little folding up and out or something like that.. aside from someone in contest shape... my skin does about the same when I sit down but if I stand up and or flex it pulls out fine.. its probably for just your natural movements.. I mean... open your hand.. the skin in there pulls tight.. now if you close it the skin inside just barely folds up and comes out.. as if it were 'flabby' but not really...
Anyway.. thats my guess.. I haven't really seen anything to back any of that up so don't ever quote me =)
Well, my guess would be if it is really saggy, then it is probably loose skin. If it is tighter, then I would say that mostly it would be fat. Best thing I guess you could do is to see a doctor and he should be able to tell you.
