Of the universal line of products I have tried Animal cuts with awesome results(i'm 19) and I'm just wondering if I would benefit from stak, stak-m or pak? thanks alot...
and how much do the universal products usualyy run retail from gnc. I live in Canada and had to buy over ebay but i'm going down to the states soon.

to start off, though, the Pak, which is a multi-vitamin/ mineral, etc, can be used for what ever regimen you're on. it's a great foundation to start with. but if can give us a little more detail on what you're trying to do currently (mass, strength, etc), then maybe we can give you a better help on what else you could use as a supplement.

as an FYI, though, i dont think you can get the full strength Stak legally in canada.
