i have love handles my body weight % is 26% can someone tell me how to get rid of these things fast

Well, start by eating 10-12x your weight in calories, limit carboydrate rich food after 4:00 pm and perform cardio excercise for 30 mins 3-5 x per week. Love handles are a result of fat, so to lose them, lose fat.

Excactly what Krismike says + do weight training 3 times a week and avoid eating sugar and processed food as well!!
