I've been working out/eating healthy for a couple of weeks and am about to finish my first week on FT plan.

I've never really done proper cardio, so far i'd managed 10min bike and 10 min row one day, 20 min bike another day and 25min bike on tuesday. I realised the reason i was stopping was more about being satified too easily and lack of discapline. I decided if i'm going to do this i have to do it properly.

Today after my weights i did 45 min on the bike at 155-165 HR and even had energy left at the end to pick up the pace to 170 for the last 2 mins.

I had a few bad spells when i wanted to stop, but now i've done it once i know i can and have to do it every time =)

Wave bye bye to the 23% body fat =)

Good job Jingo. Once you see results, you won't want to stop. Have you thought about doing your cardio at a different time throughout the day so that you don't weight train and do cardio at the same time?

I'm working on getting up earlier and possably doing cardio in the morning. I used to leave the house about 10 mins after i got up, now it's around 30 mins and i eat before i leave. I'm working on getting enough time to do cardio, shower, get ready, eat and go.

I've been trying to do cardio on rest or non leg days, but i was just up for it today lol.

Other than that the only time i can split them is weekend.

After the 45 mins on the bike today, my new goal is that when i bring my leg to the top of the circle my quad doesn't run on my belly =( that made me feel fat and gave me some extra incentive lol.
