My ab program called for seated twists yesterday. I did them as instructed, but did not feel anything. Is this more of a stretch or should this excercise aid in muscle development?
Like most of the ab routines, you have to contract the target muscle at the top of the movement. Do them slowly and in a controlled manner...that should make a big difference.
