My plan has reducing rep sets, 16, 14, 12, 10 reps etc. The weight is blank for me to fill in. Is this designed to be done at the same weight for all sets? or an Increasing weight as you are able.
2nd question is about the rest in between sets. I usually rest around 90 seconds between sets, is this ok? Is there a standard time you are "suposed to" rest?
Jingo good questions, First one most of the time you add weight for each set. The first set there 16 reps is most likely awarmup set so ick a weight that will warm you up. Then try to pick a weight that you can reach each set with the last few being hard. Do not worry if you do not reach each goal everytime it is not set in stone. Same thing for waiting time you do not have a set time to wait. Most will wait for about 30 seconds depending on how heavy the set is. Hope this helps good luck!
