On my warm up set, say 20, should I make the weight so I can just get 20 out. If so should I up the weight every week, or should I just use a comfortable weight and keep it at that weight every week. Thanks for any help.
In time, the weights will go up. However, it is more important (as Nina kinda pointed out) to go heavier with the subsequent sets. You'll definitely need the energy then...
