Me and my wife have been working out for the past 7 months.I have noticed improvements in both of us, but my wifes concern is her tricepts. while we work out, the muscles I'm working on get pumped but she don't seem to. The only thing we are doing differently is I take protein supplements three times a day. Would this be the reason why she is not tightening up.

If it's just her triceps, then maybe it's just one of those bodyparts she needs to concentrate on a lil' more. If it's overall, then I suppose it is possible that she may not be getting enough protein.

Well Toolman, you just cannot compare muscle building for a woman and for a man...... (life is not fair!!) Your wife actually has to work a lot harder (and it takes more time) for her to put on muscles (especially in the upper body) Paaaatience! (we don't have the freaking testoterone!!!)

My triceps are starting to look really nice. I started lifting heavier weights with less reps (and no, I'm not bulky), but you can see the results faster than trying to lift low weights-high reps.

I love the size of the triceps...... An absolutely beautiful muscle. You'll see Lisa, when you jump on stage with the tan and light, your muscles will look so much nicer, more toned and cut. Just like magic! (-;
