I have read alot here in the site, but I am stumped still on something. Right now, I am in the process of trying to lose a little weight. It is said that Carbs is one of the energry sources that fuels your workouts, but not to eat them after 6 or 8 PM, so your body does not store them away. So, what can I do, to give me that extra boost for my morning workouts without killing my goal in weight reduction?

Unused carbs are stored as fat. Just eat healthy and try to get a good night's sleep ahead of time. I'm sure others can provide specific dietary suggestions, like proteins through egg whites and carbs through oatmeal.

If your morning workout is cardio, then do that before you eat anything. On the other hand if you weight train in the morning, you might want to eat something small beforehand, something with a little protein and some carbs.

I always train very early in the mornings. Before cardio I take nothing. Before weight training I take a protein shake. Of course I eat my carbs after the work out but before that I don't need them. This works for me, maybe it can work for you as well.

in the morning before anything do a small amount of cardio about 15-20minutes so then this will boost up your matabolisim. Then eat a health meal with some proteins n carbs...then after you finish eating wait about an hour for digestion and finnish the rest of your cardio workout...and if your weightlifting, make sure to eat plently of proteins throughout your breakfast....perhaps try a protein shake

I find eating a small meal high carbs 1 to 1.5 hours before cardio works for me, gives you the energy needed for the work out.
