I've been doing situp and crunches and roll ups for the last couple months. I've been eating healthy also, but i feel like i havent lost any weight or seeing any results on my adonimal area. what am i doing wrong??

Also, you aren't going to lose weight in just one area. Your whole body needs a workout. Abs are the hardest thing to see, but with cardio and good diet and exercise, you should start to see results but they will be slow.

sarachichi, Fill out your profile. ABs respond differently for many people. Over 40 and diabetics have a harder time burning it off due to their metabolic types. Generally drop your fats, your caloric intake and increase your cardio, heavily increase your water intake. Many women don't follow the water advice because they erroneously think they will retain it. You need it to flush the fats out of your system. The AB program here I have just started, its much lighter than I had thought it would be.

What about your form on crunches.. anything holding your feet down?.. you could just be rolling up the wrong way.. go slow.. hold a second at the top.. and control your self back down to the starting position then just dropping back down.. but on top of any of that is cardio like everyone else here is mentioned.. throw some cardio in w/ that good diet or you'll probably never see them...
