hi! im new at this exercise thing. Does anyone know what exercises will burn fat fastest and exercises that will tone up my stomach area??

Ab work sucks I hate it but it has to be done I do a variety of crunches and Hyper-extentions. Heres a trick after doing your weight workout do your cardio your heart rate will already be up and the callories you burn will be fat callories.

Ab work sucks...lol Most people want to hold on to their "gains" so a message is sent to the brain...you are tired you want a hoagie you want a beer you want you want. I wouldn't go as far to say it sucks, cardio sucks is a truer statement. The 12 week AB program here is actually much lighter than my normal AB workout. It starts with 2 days a week for training. Sheesh, I was training ABs 5 days a week and twice the sets they have. I was probably way overtrained and steadily bulking. A mix of weight training and cardio always does the fastest job. sanddevil, fantastic job, your weight loss and muscle mass tell of a lot of damned hard work. My compliments.

Oh it does get a lot tougher within the weeks. Talk to Nellie, he has gotten great results so far. I didn't start feeling it until about week 5 but didn't finish cause I went on vacation and only did cardio. But stick with it and you can add some more exercises in at the beginning to keep up with the training you are already doing, but don't stop doing it, you will see results.

yes the 12 week ab program is a must it has tighted up my stomach and my love handles are just about gone of course you must have a good diet and do some cardio hope this helps good luck
