I know I'm speaking to the kind of people who are into doing things the healthy way, but i'm looking for some opinions on the latest popular weight loss supplement called XENADRINE (Ephedrine-free). It's a "Thermogenic" what ever the hell that is. I've personally met 4 people now who have all lost between 10 and 30 LBS in less than a month with a little jitteriness like coffee gives as the only real side-effect. I'm considering a short term use just to lose a quick 15-20 lbs, then I'll throw it away. OF COURSE this is NOT the "right" way to lose weight, but if someone were going to "cheat" one way or the other, could this product be OK? P.S. Try not to get too mad at me for even suggesting this. :)

I was taking something like that, just make sure what you are taking. Most if not all those types of pills have been linked to some deaths, from ulcers in the stomach to strokes, and even heart attacks. So please be careful, remmember that though it might take a little longer doing it the right way will last a life time.

Bretto, I think many of the members here have taken a fat burner at some point, I haven't and don't plan on it, because of the serious affects they had on my mother's health. Like Mutt said, just be careful. And remember you still have to exercise and eat right, fat burner or not.

Yes, if you are going to take it, make sure you are drinking plenty of water and eating right. I take hydroxycut and love it, but I have known people who have taken xenadrine and got great results. Just don't rely on them alone. You have to change your whole lifestyle(eating--training). They are not miracle drugs, just a boost.

And one last thing to mention, you should consult with your physician before taking this type of product...especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

I think its ok as long as you don't get addicted....alot of people when they try this stuff, after the shed off a few pounds, the mentally think they need a little more, and then more.....just be careful:)
