hi people. just out of curiosity. would it make a difference if i did four sets of 25 or 5 sets of 20 (both lifting the same weight)? would the rate of progression be faster over the other? i mean either way, you're doing a total of 100 reps. just wondering if HOW OFTEN you do it would make a difference. thanks...
