I have the program set up, my question is this....is there a way to change a exercise if you do not want to do it, or should I just do one in replacement?

Just do one in replacement of it. How come you don't want to do it?

well I do not like the whole cable thing for chest. Plus for legs they have me doing sissy squats and front squats which I do not like as well.

Yup...just substitute on your workout sheet (you can't do it online). Front squats are great...although, I don't like sissy squats myself. I just end up doing more sets of regular squats on leg day.

If you haven't already, incorporate some Box and Zercher squats in addition to Hacks...

And it's always nice to change your program from time to time, so I think it's a good thing for mutt to try this, since it's something he's never done before.
