should i excercise more days a week and add a few different ab excercises to the 12-week abs program ? ......not sure if it may alter the results....i can't imagine i can work my abs too much but, i could be wrong. any advice ?
At first with the ab routine, I added more reps because I didn't really start to feel the program work until about the 5th week or so. You shouldn't train them everyday though. They need a break just the same as any other muscle group. I usually do abs 3-4 times a week.
