Hi, it's me, Joe.

I was just putting in my post about the muscle mass workout. I've missed a ton of days, and I've only gotton in half of them 'cuz I've been busy and stuff, so I'll have to start over. :-(

However, I just wanted to post my comment.

First, I just want to say I feel like I'm on freaking steriods. I cannot believe how intense that system is! The three muscle groups I have exercised have both become leaner, and gained a noticable mass after just one workout! I see muscle definition I didn't know I had! Not only that, but the rest of my body is more defined because it has used a lot of excess fat and stuff to make the muscle! It's incredible! If I only did half a week's worth, and I got those results, I cannot even imagine how much muscle I would gain after all 12 weeks!

What on earth do they have steriods for? This is incredible!

Does anyone know how to start over/catch up?

Also, I'd like a partner so that I don't slip up again. Anybody will be great!

You could just start the program over all together. There should be a part about changing your exercise goals or something.
