The time of day doing cardio

hey i am doing cardio at night, afvter 3 hours of not eating, and i wait an hour before eating. So how is this less beneficial from doing it first thing in the morning? Both of them are on empty stomachs, does it make that much of a difference?

I think as long as it's on an empty stomach, it should be pretty equivolent, I think it's just that usually we have empty tummies early in the morn
