just did the farmers walk 4 sets of ten but did not feel any burn or anything what did i do wrong.............

you stand on your tip toes with dumbells in your hands and walk ten steps to the front and then ten back......i did not feel anything might have to go a little heavier maybe........

yes regular steps and yes it is for the calves i probaly wont be able to walk tomorrow......hahahahahaha
