Their hard (or at least for me).. you can get 2 chairs of even height.. put them near a wall and then from like a dip position (only with your back against the wall) you can do them.. but its hard usually for my hands to hold me up long enough for that.. a vertical bench is much better... I know I read some article once where the guy said he would do these at home by holding himself up at a corner of his kitchen counter.. I tried but with nothing supporting my back I almost tip backwards when I bring my feet up... if I really want to do them I go w/ the two chair thing (unless someone here suggets something better) but usually I just sub in some leg lifts...
