i no longer work 15 hours a day only 10 and i am home at 4 let the work outs begin i am ready to get back into it big time started the 12 week abs today and boy do i feel it now it is back to get my goal of my six pack .......
Good news.. good to see that you still make time for fitness with 10 hour daily work shift! Now that's encouragement for the rest out there if anything!..
