I like to skip, I find it to be good cardio and a nice blend with the other cardio I do. Now for the question does any one know how to properly size the skipping rope for your height?. Any boxers around?

It's a great cardio to boost your metabolism!!! I do 5 mins every single morning and that's in between my sets.

About the size, I'm sorry I cannot help you. Maybe you should just try to find out and see which one is the best.

:)i think that i can tell something.since i 'm newbie then i just can tell in basic. first, stand over the rope. then, pull your rope vertically. the handle should be at your shoulder (height). that how to measure the suitable skipping rope. tq.:)
