I am currently using Hydroxycut (2nd week) 3 before breakfast - 3 before lunch - sometimes 3 later in the day. I have a drink of American Whey with breakfast. Early evening do 20 min dumbell/weight routine then drink whey then do a four mile run. Exercise part about 4/5 times a week. Eventually (sorry) my question is - is this the correct sequence? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
