Hey I am in a job that requires a fair amount of walking, maybe a mile and a half per day. I am on a gain mass program however and I want to know if this walking is going to hinder my progress(I don't think it really will as my heart rate never increases)?
No don't worry this sort of walking doesn't really do much really. Just eat another doughnut and you'll get all the calories you've burnt during the day (-;

Yeah I think you are OK. I beleive your heart must work a certain percentage more then it usually does at a constant rate to burn calories drasticlly. You are good.
