Ok, recently I found out that buying Cell, and Nitro-Tech are putting a big hole in my pocket, and now after this mounth I am going to have to stop taking them so I would like to know if all my results will go down the drain, because on these paticular products I have gained over 5lbs in just 3 days! Not much, but for me it is something.. So if I do quit taking them are there any supplements more in the range of 20-30 instead of 40-50? Please Post

Yeah, switch to something like Nlarge2 by prolab. And you can use straight weigh protein after your workout. IMO Celltech is garbage and overpriced anyway.

You can buy a 1000 grams of Universal's creatine monohydrate for $33 at www.nutripro.com. That will last you a LONG time. Mix it with some grape juice and voila. Whey after your workout w/a banana. Big savings.

Nitrotech is the biggest scam out there.. all it is is protein with creatine mixed in! Stay away from it..

I dont want to sound rude by your 15 years old, you dont need supplements, you need to eat man. Save your money and by food. Seems to me that there is to much emphesis put on supplements. When giving advice check the profile. I not trying to be rude, but at 15 all you need is food. It will take longer but I believe you will be better for it. hope I dont offend anyone, its not intended. sean.....

Amen to Sean, I forget to check sometimes. Bad Cain! But yes, too much emphasis is on supps. Eating is always the best way to grow.

I totally concur Sean, and no offense taken. However, he did not ask if he should begin taking creatine, he already has. HE ASKED to know what better deals there were out there. That was his question.

I agree with you though, at 15, just eat and grow naturally for awhile. Let us old farts supplement!
