i have gone down from 193 to 164 in 5 months i am eating more and still losing weight should i stop cardio all togther........

Are you now happy with your weight or the way you look? I don't really pay attention to scale weight as you can gain muscle and lose fat and still weigh the same. As Fireloard would say, go by your caliper reading instead of scale weight.
