Ok so this is embarassing. But I've got to ask 'cause it's really a problem. I'm drinking water,,,but I'm not as ambitions as I was 2 months ago when I started this diet. Never the less, It seems I can not, for the life of me, get thru a 50 min session on the treadmill without stopping and going pee. It's really a pain. I'm not running. Doing a 15 min mile on grade 7 or 8. I pee just before starting the session. Now, maybe I should have put this in the "Oldie" board or maybe on the "women's issues",,,I don't know. I don't have the problem during the hour of weight lifting and it's not a problem for me otherwise during my day. I am 58 years old and this regime is rather new for what was a sedintary person. Now I'm quite dedicated and would like not to have to stop 15 min into the treadmill. Am I doing more than burning fat? Or Could it be that other body parts are bouncing on my bladder? Help!!!!

How much water are you drinking? I was drinking about 48 oz of water throughout the day before my workout and I had a similar problem, but now I only drink about 40 oz beforehand and I don't have that problem...then again I've also been doing my cardio at different times than my weight session, so that could be the difference. I just asked my mother and see says that sometimes when she goes to urinate, she'll have to go soon after, but the gynecologist told her that this was actually pretty normal for older women and that when she goes from now on she should just wait a little longer to make sure it's all out. Hope my rambling helped.

Well I'm 30 years younger than you smithjls, but I have the same problem. I drink 4-5 liters of water daily and that means that I always have to be close to a toilet...... Errrrrr yes, that CAN be quite annoying!!!!!

I don't worry about it too much thou but if it is a real bother for you, then try doing as lumina says; drink less just before your session.
