Hey I am 16 going on 17 in a couple months and I was wondering if it is okay to take weight loss supplements like either betalean, hydroxycut and xenadrine. I have been eating good and doing cardio but failing to see results for a while now and I want to know what problems can occur from these products?

Please use your search button. At 16, I don't personally advocate the use of such products.
Good luck with your research...

I can't find anything on problems at my age using the search button. Any advice you can offer?

skylark - supplements help but when you get right down to it, it's still in the diet and cardio. "eating good" is a relative term so you might want to input your food intake into ft's data base and see where you REALLY are as far as diet. You might also want to take a look at doing some High Intensity Training. I do that myself when I'm wanting to come off a bulk cycle and lose some body fat but I'm one of those guys that hate strict cardio and get mine that way.

There are some risks involved with taking fat burner supplements. Besides, Mike pointed out that most of what you want to achieve is really through a good, sound diet and cardio exercise. Develop these two things and you'll find you won't need supplements!
As far as the search, just try typing Hydroxycut, Xenadrine, etc.
Hope this helps...

Yeah that's a classy pic you got there miken.
I agree that a 16 year old does not need to supplement. I wish I was 16 again...Oh how the fat just melted away back then...
